President of Taiwan Blockchain Academia (TBA), Convener of Academia-Industry Collaboration in Taiwan Blockchain Alliance (National Development Council), VP of Taiwan Virtual Asset Anti-money laundering Association, Director of Bitcoin and Crypto Currency Development Association, and Co-founder of Axiom Blockchain Lab.
I am Leo Peng, a promoter of blockchain education and investor in virtual assets. I have previously founded businesses in Beijing and Singapore, and have a long-term interest in global blockchain development policies, virtual asset financial supervision policies, financial crime patterns, and career development in the blockchain industry. I have been invited to be a youth representative in blockchain policymaking many times. In late 2017, my partners and I established the National Taiwan University Blockchain Club, and in 2019 founded the Taiwan Blockchain Academia, the largest academic community in Taiwan.
